TAcc+（Taiwan AI Computing Cloud Accelerator）Propel Batch 8 Demo Day，是加速器成果發表的核心場次。
現場同時有七個以上的單位在運作：活動公司、直播團隊、攝影、視覺設計、場地方、主辦窗口，以及十幾組輪番上台的新創團隊。
任務
這場不是純攝影案，也不是純活動執行——它是整合性統籌：
- 主辦方只說需求，技術整合我們來
- 直播訊號、簡報畫面、攝影機位彼此不干擾
- 七組廠商有一個共同的現場節奏
執行
事前驗證優先於當天應變。 訊號鏈在彩排前就測通、背板尺寸進場前核對、流程表精確到分鐘含 Plan B。
每個節點都寫上負責人名字。出狀況時 30 秒內知道找誰、怎麼處理，不用開會討論「這誰管的」。
規格翻譯是核心能力。 主辦方說「畫面要好看」，直播團隊需要的是「1080p60、簡報走擷取卡、雙機位切換」。統籌的工作是雙向翻譯，不讓任何一方互相猜測對方的意思。

- 完整活動影像紀錄（封面、媒體素材、新創團隊照）
- 直播流程無斷點，訊號全程穩定
- 主辦方在活動當天不需要當廠商的傳聲筒

TAcc+ (Taiwan AI Computing Cloud Accelerator) Propel Batch 8 Demo Day is the accelerator’s flagship showcase event.
On site, more than seven parties were operating at once: the event production company, the livestream team, photography, visual design, the venue, the host organization, and a dozen-plus startup teams rotating on and off stage.
The Brief
This wasn’t a pure photography job, and it wasn’t pure event execution either — it was full production coordination:
- The host stated the requirements; we owned the technical integration
- The livestream feed, the presentation screens, and the camera positions all had to coexist without interference
- Seven vendors needed to move to one shared rhythm on the day
Execution
Verification before the event mattered more than improvising on the day. The signal chain was tested end-to-end before rehearsal, backdrop dimensions were confirmed before load-in, and the run-of-show was timed to the minute, with a Plan B built in.
Every checkpoint had a name attached to it. When something went wrong, we knew within 30 seconds who to call and what to do — no meeting required to figure out “whose job is this.”
Spec translation was the core skill. When the host said “make it look good,” what the livestream team needed to hear was “1080p60, presentation feed via capture card, two-camera switching.” Coordinating meant translating in both directions, so no one had to guess what the other side actually meant.
The Outcome
- Complete event photography (cover imagery, media assets, startup team portraits)
- An uninterrupted livestream with a stable signal throughout
- The host didn’t have to act as a go-between for its own vendors on event day
TAcc+ Propel 7 and Propel 8 both ran on the same coordination framework.
